Before any return

Please contact us before returning an item. Indicate your order number, the product concerned, and the reason for your request. This will allow us to guide you quickly and avoid processing errors.

Retraction

Cooling-off period

For remote purchases, the consumer customer generally has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by law.

The request must be clearly expressed before the expiry of the period, for example via our contact form or by email.

Condition of the returned fabric

The fabric must be returned clean, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and complete. It must be suitable for resale.

We advise you to handle the fabric with care until you are sure you want to keep it.

Coupons & Cuts

Case of fabrics cut or prepared to a specific length

Some fabrics can be prepared to a specific length or upon special request. In such cases, returns may be subject to particular conditions, especially when the product has been prepared according to customer specifications.

If you have any doubts, please contact us before ordering or before making a return.

Exchanges

Trades

Blankabric fabrics are often available in limited quantities. Therefore, an identical exchange is not always possible if the item is out of stock.

Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange, a credit, or a refund, when the conditions are met.

How to request a return?

Contact us from the contact page, indicating your order number, the fabric concerned, and the reason for your request. We will reply with the procedure to follow.

Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a confirmed problem with the order. Each situation is examined on a case-by-case basis.

What should I do if I received the wrong fabric?

Contact us quickly with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the fabric received. If an error is confirmed, we will find a suitable solution.

What should I do if there's a defect in my fabric?

Some upcycled fabrics may have slight irregularities that generally do not interfere with cutting or sewing. However, if you notice a significant flaw not mentioned on the product sheet, please contact us with photos so we can investigate the situation.

When will I be reimbursed?

After validation of the request and receipt of the return (if applicable), the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I cancel an order before it ships?

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, please contact us quickly. We will do our best to cancel it, but this cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.
