Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 72 business hours. This timeframe may be slightly longer during launch periods, high activity, or significant arrivals.

Delivery in France and Europe

Blankabric ships its vouchers to France and several European countries. Available countries, prices, and estimated delivery times are displayed directly at checkout.

The total time depends on the order preparation time and then the carrier's delivery time. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive the available information to track its progress.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if the carrier offers tracking, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order has been shipped.

What to do if my package seems stuck?

If your parcel has not moved for several days, first check the carrier tracking. You can then contact us with your order number so that we can look into the situation.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If the package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the packaging and the fabrics immediately upon receipt. Contact us promptly with your order number so we can assist you.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, contact us quickly. We will do our best to change the address, but this cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.
