Refund policy

We have a return policy of 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the one in which you received it, not worn or not used, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the problem.

Exceptions or non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or custom items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of dangerous products, flammable liquids or gases. Do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns regarding a specific article.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Lead of reflection time of 14 days in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for whatever reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as the one in which you received, not worn or not used, with the labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Reimbursements
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be reimbursed on your original payment method within 10  business days. Remember that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
